Domestic Return, Exchange, Refund Policy (Lebanon Market)

We accept exchanges for eligible items subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility & Timeframe:Items can be exchanged within 20 days from the original purchase date. This applies to full-price, sale, and promotional merchandise.Items must be in their original purchase condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.All shoes must be tried on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid sole damage or wear.
  • Exclusions:For hygiene reasons, Adult Underwear is strictly non-exchangeable.Items that show signs of wear or damage incurred during fitting.Any items without original packaging and tags.
    • Exchange Locations:
      • In-Store: You can exchange your online purchase at any participating Gandini store locations within Lebanon (please inquire or check our store locator for branch addresses).
      • Online Exchange: Available through our website and applicable for online purchases only.
  • Online Exchange Process:To initiate an online exchange, please visit the exchange page on your order receipt and follow the instructions.A non-refundable shipping fee of $5 USD will be applied to each online exchange transaction to cover courier costs.All exchanges, both online and in-store, are subject to stock availability of the desired replacement item.
  • Gift Purchases: Items received as gifts can be exchanged under this policy but are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Policy

Refunds for online or in-store purchases and must be processed exclusively in-store.

  • Items are eligible for a refund within 15 days from the original purchase date.
  • The original receipt must be presented at the time of the refund, along with the item(s) being returned.
  • Each receipt is eligible for one refund transaction only. Once a refund has been processed against a receipt, no further refunds can be issued for any remaining items on that same receipt.
    • Items must meet the original purchase condition requirements as detailed in the Exchange Policy (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, original tags, etc.).
    • Shoes must have been tried on a carpeted surface only.
    • Refund Exclusions:
      • Items marked or purchased as On Sale are not eligible for a refund. An exchange may be possible within the standard 20-day exchange window.
      • For hygiene reasons, Adult Underwear are not refundable.
      • Items purchased using loyalty points are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange.
      • Gift purchases are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange.
  • Refund Details:Refunds are issued based on the original purchase price paid for the item(s).Delivery charges are non-refundable.The refund will be processed back to the original Credit Card used for the purchase. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
  • Faulty Goods Policy

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after receipt is not considered faulty.

  • Reporting & Return Timeframe: If you receive a faulty item, please report it to Customer Service immediately and return it within 15 days of the purchase date.
    • Return Locations for Faulty Goods: Faulty items must be returned in-store. Please visit our website for a full list of branch locations.
    • Resolution Process:

Upon return, the item will be assessed. Based on the assessment, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair: If feasible and with your approval, we will offer to repair the item free of charge.
    • Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired but the identical product is still in stock, we will offer a direct replacement.
    • Refund: If repair is not possible and a replacement is unavailable, you are entitled to a full refund processed according to the terms in Section ‘Refund Policy’, including location and verification requirements.
    • Exchange Option: Rather than a refund, you may choose to exchange the faulty item for a different product, subject to standard Exchange Policy terms at any of our locations.

 International Shipping Return & Refund Policy (Outside Lebanon)

The following terms apply to all orders placed on GandiniBoutique.com for delivery outside Lebanon. Please review this section carefully, as it differs from our domestic policy in certain respects.

  • Return Shipping & Costs:We do not offer free returns for international orders. The cost of the return shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred by GandiniBoutique.com upon receiving your return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount.Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • International Refund Policy:Once the returned item is received and inspected, and provided it meets all eligibility conditions, a refund will be processed based on the original purchase price paid for the item(s).All refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card used at the time of checkout. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment.The refund amount will reflect the item price paid, minus any applicable duties or taxes incurred by us upon receipt of your return, as outlined under the Return Shipping & Costs section above.
  • International Faulty Goods Policy:

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after receipt is not considered faulty.

  • Reporting a Faulty Item: If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt and no later than 15 days from the original purchase date. You will be provided with specific instructions on how to proceed.
    • Return Shipping for Faulty Items: For confirmed defective items, GandiniBoutique.com will cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label or reimbursement instructions will be provided to you by our Customer Service team once the fault has been verified and the return approved.
    • Resolution Process: Upon receipt and assessment of the returned faulty item, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
      • Replacement: If the identical product is still in stock, we will arrange a direct replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
      • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the item price will be issued to the original credit or debit card used at checkout, in the same currency as the original payment. No deductions for duties or shipping will be applied in the case of a confirmed faulty item.

  • Repeated Returns: Gandini monitors return activity to ensure fairness. We reserve the right to flag accounts with unusually high return rates and may, at our discretion, refuse future returns or close the account.
    • Colors: We make every effort to display product colors accurately on our website. However, due to variations in computer monitors and screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be completely accurate.
    • Original Condition Standard: For any return or exchange to be accepted, items must be in a resaleable condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all manufacturer and Gandini tags still attached and original packaging included where applicable.
    • Scope of Policy: This policy applies to items purchased directly from GandiniBoutique.com or any Gandini store location. Separate terms apply to domestic (Lebanon) and international orders, as detailed in the respective sections above.
